no if your really concerned note everything you have before you do and note that some items maybe not be in the tab you think they would be like for example Krusty's Mansion would be in the Main Inve...

For those of us who were tile tappers, this would be a very big reason to never hit that nuke button.
I still have all tiles after nuking- but there has always been a thing where it won't lt you place them once you pick a certain amount up- I havent had that problem with placing mine back out either, maybe it's gone?
