You can always either store the building that person is in or store the building they came with (if they came with one).

It certainly would be easier. You have the option of storing the buildings associated with the character for many such tasks. This will automatically terminate the task but it could prove an expensive mistake if you aren't careful. I guess the motto is 'A careful tapper is a happy tapper'
