Rail Yard = No More Daily Bonus?
I think the Rail Yard is just to earn or exchange blueprints. I don't know if they replaced the free Mystery Box from the Daily Play Combo with some blueprints.

I'd find it... strange... if that were true. What would happen for those who didn't reach that prize, or didn't play during Monorail Event?
I'd wager that the Daily Bonus will return to normal, and that we'd be able to trade using the Projects Board with either a large or no cap on the projects daily.
