Rail Yard = No More Daily Bonus?
I think the Rail Yard is just to earn or exchange blueprints. I don't know if they replaced the free Mystery Box from the Daily Play Combo with some blueprints.

The exact words on the article after getting the Rail Yard are:
"This also eliminates the Daily Bonus. So once you’re in the Rail Yard you will no longer get the Daily Bonus…"
A Google search for "Monorail Act 3 Is Live" will turn up the article that mentions this.
