Rail Yard = No More Daily Bonus?
I think the Rail Yard is just to earn or exchange blueprints. I don't know if they replaced the free Mystery Box from the Daily Play Combo with some blueprints.

You are confusing the daily bonus from the event (for extra resource B&W) with the daily combo (with the mystery box) allthough currently that also pays out B&W.
