Sorry to disagree, but the “mono” threads are not spam, technically or otherwise. Second, this ongoing debate strikes me as pointless. The forum isn’t a democracy where we need to poll all of the members. This is a mod question. Or am I missing something?

The person said that it's not bothering others so I simply asked how does he know did he ask everyone. Posting the same thread or as near to it is classed as spamming so yeah it is. Why can't the op just BUMP his original thread?

No I didn't ask, I just observed that many people have said so in this thread and other threads. I'll also include the many who have read the post but not commented (at worst they are not bothered enough to have a moan about it on the forum.)

You are missing the bigger picture ie: it's a MOD issue which neither of us are. You are as welcome to your opinion as I am to mine but at the end of the day neither matters so arguing it is pointless. If the mods say it's spam it is. If they don't it's not. Simple.

And once again, they haven't bumped the original thread because they neither want nor have to. There are not many other ways I can say this so I hope you get it this time.

I've got deja vu here. I seem to remember people banging their heads against a brick wall trying explain things to another set of whiners before Christmas.

By the way, I was talking about people in this thread and I assume you at least read the comments in this and the other threads you post in.

I get that you find it annoying but, once again, others have different opinions (whether stated publicly or not.) That's all I'm going to say on it so don't take my not responding to further posts as ignoring you. I simply don't want to flog this dead horse any more.
