It was closed by mod. It's still there (February 13?). If it doesn't come up in a search you could try scrolling back through the pages a few weeks or check out wadebear's posts to find the most recent thread.

@Deadshot_DCU closed it and was going to create an official reminder thread but that hasn't happened yet.
There was an 'official' reminder sticky created. It lasted about a week and has now disappeared. That's what this thread is talking about, not the original threads created by Wadebear.
