I suspect they have several task names for each of the three slots, but the amounts of required materials seems to be somewhat random.

I was recording them in my towns during the event. Like happy gamer suggests, the names of the projects would repeat with different requirements. The values of the commodities in terms of blueprints can vary a bit too.
