People getting Ralph is a glitch. For a unkown reason people have been getting the update earlier, which is why you see Ralph. Hope this Helps! :-)

- Ralph is part of the level 26 update which shouldn't have been released yet, but some people have received this update and a lot of them are now not able to get onto the game :(
- Oh dear that sucks guess EA will never get this game right thanks for the info :D
- Just when the game seems to be running smoothly they release an update and it all start again with glitches and problems
