Hmmm. Closed and opened the app. Removed it from that "active programs" tray at the bottom of the screen. Finally uninstalled it and reinstalled it. No level 26 for me. No cop car. No Wiggum House. No Ralph.

You have to be a level 2 on here anyway. Don't sweat it.

It looks like you're trying to upload it from your personal C: hard drive. That won't work.

Save the picture at a file site, like Photobucket. Then you can post it here using the code.

However, to post, you have to be "promoted" by the administrators on this site. But if you at least provide the link to the Photobucket site, someone who has been promoted can take that link and post the image for you.

And as of right now, I don't have that update either.

Ah well. I have Level 26. Believe or not.

If someone wants to give me their email address, I can email the photo.

try uploading the image to the interwebs first, sites like http://imgur.com/ and then come back with the link for the image, someone here will give you a hand once you have that.
