Random people visiting my Springfield

I also get notification of visits from random strangers. They aren't on my friends list (current, before, or EVER) and they keep "visiting my Springfield." However, they don't actually visit my Springfield, for when I click the notification, there isn't any indication that they click anything or whatever. I get notifications of them "visiting" all the time, even while I'm playing the game. It's ANNOYING. I already turn off the push notification and yet it still happens, someone please tell me how to fix this!!! I already email EA for help, but they replied "Anyone connected online can visit your Springfield. This shows how Beautiful your Springfield is that even strangers are interested in it. As such we cannot restrict anyone to visit the Springfield if you still wish to stop strangers visiting your Springfield you can also check out the link below with other players facing similar issue: http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/15/10046452.page" This forum doesn't have anything on how to fix the matter and so I'm at a lost on how to get rid of this annoying problem!
