For me, the rarest item is Gil. I have a neighbor who has managed to capture him via a glitch. I had him recently when he had a promotion. I bought the item and nuked, and when the dust settled, he remained until the last Gil sale, and then he left when the sale ended. :cry:
I realize some may have him by other means, but I have seen him captured by at least one reputable person.
