I am enjoying Ratman's contributions and general shenanigans in the forum. His town is coming along nicely, too.
On a side note, I wish there was an option to trade or give extra items to your neighbors - your neighbors could donate items to your town and vice versa. I farmed a modest (15-20) amount of houses early on, and I wouldn't mind giving some away to friends at lower levels. It could help them generate cash and XP and move through the early levels more quickly. Probably never happen, but it would be cool. Truly neighborly and in the spirit of the game.
