I have my prison beside the Nuclear Power Plant.
I have also seen schools with barbed wire around them, which I also thought was crazy. But let's all remember, truth is stranger than fiction.
Annette, I have my Unemployment Office placed next to First Bank of Springfield. Again, I would have thought this was illogical before, quite illogical. However, I have a really good friend who worked as a loan officer in a large city. Their branch location was located right where the city bus stopped. The Office of Unemployment was on the same block, as well as the Department of Health and Human Resources. The Bank that he worked for reached an agreement with the state to provide the debit cards that all of these benefits were issued through. So it was like a revolving door, people would get off the bus, go to either the Office of Unemployment for their unemployment benefits, or the DHHR for their disability benefits, and then over to the branch banking location to cash their first check and set up automatic deposits after that. They still even got the $100 free for opening a new account on direct deposit :) Although it was pretty hard for my friend to "cross-sell financial products" like annuities, IRA's, mutual funds, etc.
