What are the odds of us getting this character? He’s made a few appearances in the show, and I’d really like to get an animation where he makes Nelson March down the street and wave at everyone with his pants down.

He needs to come with that small car of his. As to your question, If they can give us completely random one-and-done characters like "Sexy Pirate" and "Circus Acrobat" they can certainly give us one we've actually requested like this guy in particular.- He needs to also come with the Royal Majesty for the Obese or Gangly Gentleman store.

- Bumping this thread. He is now available in this year's Black Friday with his car. Sadly I am a very broke fellow.
- Maybe one day but depends how long it would take specially when there's over 30 years worth of stuff.

- They should do an entire event based on his episode "22 Short Films About Springfield".
We can get Jake the barber as well as Mrs. Bumblebee Man. - I have bumblebee man. He is kinda crazy.
- Love to see this character appear in the game.
