Oh, I love 16 hour tasks, generally, so I agree with the idea. But, since she doesn't have one currently, 24 hour will have to do. (I might just keep her looking after the octuplets, since I like it, but that's me.)madfish86 wrote:
However, she's dull and so is Sanjay. I was never excited to have either of them included in the game but many other TSTO players asked for their inclusion and now they have them.
I never cared about having Sanjay (barely even knew who he was) but Manjula was one of the characters I figured they had to introduce eventually. I love their buildings, though. I'm also glad Apu finally has somewhere to live because I'm weird like that.madfish86 wrote:
I'm past regretting buying characters. At this point, I'm committed to owning all of them. However, she's dull and so is Sanjay. I was never excited to have either of them included in the game but many other TSTO players asked for their inclusion and now they have them. The least they could have done was make their tasks interesting. Pushing a baby carriage and making a list? Skateboarding for Sanjay? Seems like EA just got lazy like they did when they released Dolph and Jimbo.
Personally, I really like their tasks. The baby carriage is great. Sanjay's skateboarding task is funny because he's an Indian uncle. And party like it's on sale for $19.99 is amazing, IMO.
While I keep most characters on 24h tasks, I keep a few characters on shorter rotations if I like their tasks, so I don't mind things like this.neuroheart wrote:

Agreed, the buildings are top-notch and fit great. I was very pleased with this update.neuroheart wrote:

And here I was thinking that Apu lived in the KEM. :Pchippers29775 wrote:

He kinda did, which was part of my irrational desire for him to have a real home. I've worked in a convenience store, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone... even a computer program without feelings or consciousness.
