I never cared about having Sanjay (barely even knew who he was) but Manjula was one of the characters I figured they had to introduce eventually. I love their buildings, though. I'm also glad Apu finally has somewhere to live because I'm weird like that.
And here I was thinking that Apu lived in the KEM. :P
