Release older buildings for newer players!
Well, many of the items were limited time or tied to episodes, so it wouldn't make sense to release them again. They have released some old items here and there so you never know though.

EA releases them for donuts and players get an opportunity to get an item thet really want. The only people who suffer are players whose egos are easily bruised because some filthy undeserving n00b got Frinks car. It literally has 0 effect on you negatively if content is released again other then reminding you that you aren't a special snowflake.
It is always great to see yet more "veteran" players showcase this view. Perhaps some of the more egoistically inclined players after awhile will come to accept that it IS actually benefiting them too, if new players put more money into the game.
