You'll get that when they post the kit on here, which always happens not too long after any of these announcement videos. Throwing a bone to the people who promote your game/business > appeasing some people who have zero patience and can't wait a few hours for the official kit to be posted

It's a granted ability. Maybe its limited to the event itself and ends the final tier.
