I believe these are all the things, no?
- save up at least two Daily Challenges (2000 ones if possible). You'll get a third when Act Three starts. (Some people like having three completed before Act Three starts, some people like using one of the three to get one more round of bonuts before Act Three, etc. - whatever works for you)
- stop tapping on Ruffians 10 hours before Act Three starts
- start your last round of Act Two Fortity/Attack tasks four hours before Act Three starts
- have at least one neighbor you can visit when Act Three starts
