Removing frog-Burns
I agree, that needs to go. Somebody give Bart a B B Gun. :)

I personally like the Burns monster walking around my springfield because it adds a certain ambiance to the town. I mean i would hate for it to be empty.
The more the merrier I would say. And to add to that it doesn't really hurt my ability to click on another character to assign them to a different task. Just double click and get moving on your way.
In adition is neat that the burns monster can walk around because it adds a kind of "lore" system in the game so we can appreciate the Halloween characters created in the Simpsons franchise. I love it.
But if you don't like a creepy looking frog giving you nightmares and causes problems then yes I would try to remove it. otherwise its neat
