I logged in earlier this morning and had already cleared all the Guinea Pigs and completed the task, but Homer wasn't free for another hour. When I logged on again an hour later, it prompted me to collect Guinea Pigs again but this time, there were no guinea pigs walking around and I had 0/40 and cannot complete the task. Anyone else have this problem?

I contacted EA but they weren't sure of the problem and told me to post it here. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. Completed collect 40 on iphone then logged in on the ipad later in the day and had same prompt but no guinea pigs to collect

Tried the uninstall and reinstall, didn't work. Hopefully this gets solved before the limited time quest is over. Haven't missed a thing since I started playing the game.

U got a week no rush

uninstall then re-install didn't work.. still having to get the pigs again but there aren't any there.

I'm having the same problem. I was at work and updated on my phone and the update worked perfectly. I got all 40 Guinea pigs and started Lisa on the 12 hour task. When I got home after work I logged in with my iPad and Lisa was wandering about in my town. I closed my iPad and went back to my phone and that's where the fun starts... The game loaded and Quimby popped up again and I had to restart the quest line. That's fine and all, but there are no friggin g-pigs to tap.

I'm in the same situation. Hope EA fixes this soon.

Same situation. Stuck! Here's hoping they fix it.

Try force closing because it's not EA it maybe just be IOS but idk

Force closing the app doesn't seem to fix it as I've tried doing it on both devices and restarting the devices as well. Somehow I think it has something to do with it being opened on both an iPhone and iPad as we all seem to have that in common. I basically got stuck on pt. 1 of the quest again after opening it on the iPad after previously completing the quest on the iPhone.

I run iOS, and the problem didn't start until I switched to another device (iPad) . I think you're spot on as it may be an iProblem,lol! With that said, and I may be wrong, but I think the problem stems from not saving your game before shutting down the game from your first device.

Thoughts?
