"Return home" town in friends list?

the Mrs just saw a town in her friends list named "return home"

out of curiosity she clicked it as she didn't remember adding anyone with that name to her list.. it took her back to her Springfield.. She went back to see if it was still in her friends list and to take a screen shot but it was gone.. anyone else have this happen?
