Righteousness still not working
Maybe the regular drop in righteousness is intended.

- Same with me- every now and then my Righteousness rating drops to 1 star, even though I have all criminals doing something like lineups, Wiggum is patrolling the streets, and no graffiti. I think there's a bug.
