Road to riches

Ok, let me get this straight.... We pay 1.0 million dollars for a few XPS, for 60 minutes? You got to be kidding me, right? Do we get the Damm? Do we have to purchase it, after using all that money up, or is it free? Not understanding this part, at all.

Players that have a lot of spare $ are able to pay to get new decorations for their town. Once you have spent $20 million on Cecil's tasks you will get the first decoration, the dam.
