Thanx. I'll pass on it as I'm saving donuts for act 3- The flags fly when Millhouse does he's quest in it. I got it and happy with it.
- I got it, but had absolutely no room for it with my new Asian area. I placed it in my 'downtown' area...basically in the center of my town.
- Goes nicely with the other skyscrapers, I think:
