Sacagawea Lisa Skin

I have the skin, but for some reason the Thanksgiving quest line isn't getting triggered. I just built the Knowledgeum though. I'm wondering if I have to finish that first. Lisa does keep losing her skin, and with other characters I have to manually change their skin.

    So I have now completed the thanksgiving quest and have my pet turkey but I still do not have the skin back. I don't care for that skin that much anyways but I want it or if not maybe EA can offer me donuts as compensation.
