Sailor Kumiko missing *(solved)*

Question

I purchased Sailor Kumiko and the building, got the building but no Sailor Kumiko anywhere to be found. I'm still getting the option to purchase her and building. When I click the buy button it takes me to my inventory, and still, she's no where to be found. Am I looking for a skin? Because I already have Kumiko. I placed the building without problem. Will the skin unlock when I finish the tasks with the building?

Any input appreciated.

If you have Kumiko already you just get the skin, yes so check her character next time she is available for a task.

If you were supposed to get Kumiko and she's not in your town check the complete general inventory ie:not the character inventory, as she may not show up there although as an old character she should.

I finally found the building and the skin at the very end of my general inventory. Not in buildings or characters.
