Screen freezing information request from EA

Question

There is a thread on EA answers started by @EA_Mai requesting information from anyone experiencing screen freezing since the THOH update.

The more players that reply, the quicker the problem (hopefully!) will be solved.

That seems counter-productive. If they know about the issue already, continuing to tell them about it doesn't seem helpful.
