This has been happening to me and a few to many guild mates and friends to be my “internet connection” now. It happened 5 times yesterday in TW and now once today in GAC. I prepare to go into a battle with my team, press on the button to start the fight and there is an infinite loading screen that never loads the match. However every time this happens it is considered an automatic loss.I would go on the support link in the game but it’s been on “you don’t have an internet connection” for 3 days now.Full clarification; every single other device in my house works 100% fine with no problem, every single other game is working on my device with no problem, my phone is only a couple of months old so it can’t be an age issue.So, stupid question. But is there a way to force the game past this loading screen or force the game to work? I’m clearly frustrated but no full well compensation is a non existent concept every time I’ve gone through support.Edit* talking with friends. And AGAIN and again. So froze twice today in Conquest - lost 40 crystals, no stars since, according to the poor coding, there was not a battle. And in LS TB, taking R7 JMK w/R7 Shaak Ti, R5 CAT, R5 Ahsoka, R5 Bastila - and the freeze. MINIMUM points for our Guild - so now ALL 50 are getting penalized for the poor code. This after losing 70 tickets in Rey Tier V, GA, etc. battles. Pay a good database guy and research 'rollback.'

Many, many years ago I was in IT specializing in SQL databases. As above, @CG_SBCrumb, recommend CG hire a better database guy and research 'rollback.' I know CB uses audit tables or something similar, so to me, to figure out who is getting hurt by this game freeze is pretty simple: if there is 0 damage noted, either given or received, then one must discern that a proper and stable connection was not made.The most egregious effect of the poor coding is not just for the player but for the entire Guild: so up to 49 more players are being directly affected by not receiving benefit of the affected players' play. This could be the difference between winning or losing in TW or GAC - and if in GAC, then the player could end up dropping down a tier, which results in daily loss of crystals, which is critical to a player gearing-up and upgrading toons. And if in TW, not only is it crystals but also Brains, which are needed to take a toon to R9.@EA_Joz, someone - read the board, listen to those that have paid out >$1 BILLION on a game they will never own.

I believe "solved" just means they have confirmed there is a bug that needs to be addressed, as opposed to something that needs more investigation to determine if there's an actual bug or just user error.

Solved just means EA has answered to their post and can't do anything more whatever your issue is still happening or not and they will NEVER post again in that tread even if you tag them, IMO, this this stupid ....

Solved Just means they think and believe the issue it's "solved", not that they answered to the post.

No, when they label a post as "Solved" it does not mean they think the problem is actually solved. Usually it's just them saying "yes, this is a bug, the team is now looking into a fix."
