Seasonal buildings and decorations
Each seasonal event has it's own area for it's buildings and decos, i don't store anything.

I have a Christmas Village area at the foot of the mountains (between Lisa's castle and the ski resort) and a Haunted area of town, with Pumpkin houses and such, but I keep most of the decorations that don't generate cash or XP in storage to place around town depending on the holiday.
