SH store disappeared
build menu (icon bottom right) middle icon you will see Simpson house on the left, next to it is an arrow, click arrow, SH is top row far right.

This is just a guess, but, do you still have the real estate office out? I don't know that it has any effect, but since it was one of the first SH buildings we had to place it wouldn't surprise me if it were linked to the store.
