Shary Bobbins is back!

I relunctly bought her. This was the prize that was impossible to get and I wanted it bad. I actually wasted donuts to trying to get her but I gave up. I'm a little PO with EA on re-releasing her for 125 donuts. They should had compensated us and gave her as a discount.

I bought her immediately. I spent some donuts last year trying and got some colourful fences instead.

I am with you, 100%. I played the hell out of that event too and it was the only time I'll say EA truly failed us. I already did enough to earn Shary as a prize, so I'm not shelling out 125 donuts for a cameo character.

I feel the same way. I've played all of TSTO events without any problems and never spending donuts. When Easter 2014 began I felt very confident that my with my usual dedication I would complete the event and once again have all the prizes. It wasn't long into the event that I began to worry.

Pages of complaints filled this forum. I broke and spent donuts on Frinks egg-o-meter machine ( and as I justified, the machine looked cool). With a week or so left (panic) I hadn't won a character that walked on 2 legs! At this point I didn't care, from the moment I saw her I only wanted Shary Bobbins.

When the event ended, I did get Father Sean and the egg council guy (both in storage) and have spent the last year being envious of my neighbors who had Shary floating about in their towns as I visited.

I always said if she became available again, I would get her in a heartbeat....but, I am really irritated about all of this repeat Easter stuff including my precious Shary. I have the donuts to buy her, so that isn't a problem. The problem is, I earned her last year, we all did.

I just read back through a thread from last year where I calculated that buying enough gold eggs to guarantee Shary Bobbins could have cost me up to 350 donuts. So I guess in comparison to that, this is a better deal. But only because they mucked up the odds so badly last year.

I'm still going back and forth between wanting to finally have her in my town and being annoyed about the whole situation. :?

I think the slap in the face was letting JF for cash. Then Blocko for 50 donuts? Feel the burn baby! I didn't buy anything since the event started, so far I have acquired 106 donuts and got a free pond in the MB wow! All the characters from last year's event I'm not interested in at all. Due to the fact that that are not unique anymore and over priced as usual.

I was happy Johnny Fiestas was released (I wanted it last year but being on Team Pink, I didn't win it). However, I think to be fair it and the Blocko Store should have both been for in game cash and have the Banana Dictatorship be for donuts since it was in the gold box.

They should of let us earn the character prizes on the 5th, like a do over event but this time earning the prizes with due diligence of game play.

Yes, except that I think the odds were as EA intended. They made Shary the first super-premium item. She was technically a prize, but you couldn't get the prize without spending several hundred donuts, and probably more than you would pay to buy a premium character in the store.

In that light, 125 donuts to buy her outright is a pretty good deal (relatively speaking, of course).

I like that idea. I never got Shary or Hugs but I'm not spending that much on them given what I spent last year trying to win them. Especially when I'd rather use my donuts to buy characters who weren't just in one episode. I also didn't get the Egg Council guy but I'm not upset about it.
