Based on what others are saying and that task list, it seems like it. Seems they will walk together, and do all the tasks together. So essentially it's a single character, but by the looks of it their tasks are 150% pay out. Normally a premium 24hr was 600 I think, 420 for 12. The 420 is their 8 hour task.
They pay out the same as any other regular character. Frink, Bumblebee, Jasper, Otto, Kearny, SVT, Moleman and Sideshow Mel all earn $1000 for their 24 hour tasks (they're the ones I own)
