They pay out of the price of two premium characters and have lots of outside tasks,so I'd say so.

They're good, but Luanne is the best premium character. You get Luanne and the Cracker Factory, you then get the ability for the fleet a pita which helps "gluttony" and the cracker factory gives you a premium paying 8 hour task for Kirk.
