Should I Believe This (From Help)?
We all know how terrible EA Help can be. I've been having my fair share of issues with them (literally lost a different game because they just kept giving me garbage replies until I gave up and un-installed it).
Well, now it's Simpsons giving me problems. I've reported the issue as a bug, but was really tired of dealing with it, so I contacted them.
They were doing the same ol' same ol' and I finally got tired of it and quoted our entire conversation back to them.
So today I get this:
My question is, are they finally taking it seriously, or this another way to just shut me up?
For reference, they appear to have already closed the case, and I'm not sure if they even know what device I'm playing on.
