To be honest although I have enough donuts I didn't bother with Luaan.. Mostly because I hate the building though and I cannot really store it without storing her as well. The building is essentially a cube for me as unattractive as the Mart so I don;t really want another monstrosity in my town.
Character wise she has some really amazing jobs which I'd love to see in my town but the building refrains me from buying her... :( I'd pick another character with a building that s actually attractive enough to fit your urban plan.
So your decision really ;)
