Yeah, that can happen. Advanced Google search is better than the site search. Ctrl + F is even sometimes better if you don't want to read every thread title.

Basically agreed Neuro, but frankly it all impacts things equally for me & having myself mentioned it to EA reps several times thru the month, would rather not let the complete list slide (which in total only a few things), particularly before the Winter event ends... and they had no trouble returning Ghost Ship Audio when we lost it a week or so into T-gving; minor graphic & audio issues can be piggybacked w/a fix of the primary gameplay items & not continue to be overlooked for a half-a$$ed job:?

...Fix it all, or maybe it's 'Le Grille', & just give up...

You've still not gotten Zutroy in your storage? A patch came out for that.

This isnt working on either of my devices. Should we put in tickets? or is EA aware and monitoring it?

You might need to get in touch with EA. Check your inventory one more time to be sure he isn't there, and if not go to help.EA.com and see if you can get a call back (best) or live chat. Let me know what happens.

This fell quickly.

tstoaddicts has a post up that states that this is a known issue as others have mentioned, but that both KEM and Sideshow You were disabled INTENTIONALLY by EA to prevent/mitigate other event glitches. They are both planned to be updated to work after this event is over.
