Sidekick Milhouse?

Sidekick Milhouse was released for free during the Valentine's Day 2015 event during part three of the Fission Impossible Quest. He was re-released as a premium character during issue 4 of the Superheroes Event 2015 (35 donuts). no deco associated.

    He was a limited time skin during the Valentines Mini-Event, which was a precursor to the Superhero Event. Maybe he'll come back during the Halloween event. You never know.
