I have spoken to EA very politely and with a humble posture. Always emphasize that missions do not appear to me; I even asked them that if it was not possible to give me the character, please put it in the store (it didn't work, no comment about it). But now when I want to chat with them, the chat option does not appear (performing the same contact procedure). I am sad to not be able to get one of my favorite characters.
