Yea definitely he could have a outdoor task where he is stepping on rakes probably for an hour or 12hrs like Willie and his raking the leaves task and also should make him either a free gift or available for in game cash

Yes it would I thought of some other tasks might be the same as some other characters

4hr: Move into the Brown House
8hr: plot revenge against Bart
12hr: Step on Rakes
24hr: Serve Time

I think the plot revenge could be in the Brown House the chase and attempt to kill Bart could be the 8hr and maybe have the commited task a 16 or 36hr task

Some improvements:

60min - Run for Mayor - out door task at town hall
2 hr - Serve Time (since he always exits prison so easily)
4 hr - Plot Revenge (prison)
6 hr - Attend Republican Meeting (White House)
8 hr - Step on Rakes (outdoor)
10 hr - Detonate bad bomb (outdoor, Duff Blimp)
12 hr - Chase Bart (outdoor)
16 hr - Chase Krusty (outdoor)
20 hr - Rehearse Singing (outdoor-houseboat)
24 hr - Run away - (current use of him, without being tapped on)

Omg yes. If he was added as a new level charecter, I'd love a task for bob to be commited to calmwood. Maybe he could also poison the sauce at Zesty's (since no one eats there anyway), and stock up for supplies for his next evil plan at the grocery store?
