Sideshow Bob mission
How can I get Sideshow Bob in the missione "Police restricted" (Flaw and order). What I can do to unlock this character? What I need?

Have you tried searching for him in Other Springfield in your friends screen? As there is an event on and depending what level you are, he may be by the Sprawl*mart. SSB doesn't appear in my town for a long time. I'm very sad 'cause I've found him on my friend's city but I can't tap on him. When I tap on SSB nothing happens.
I'm 43 level.
