Sorry about that.
If you use an Android device, just contact EA and ask for him to be put in your town. The quest line to get him is bugged.
If you have an IOS device once the quest shows up Flaw and Order you can trigger the next part by swiping notifications. You might have to mess with it to get it to work. You will also have to wait 24 hours to trigger the next part. Or you can contact EA as above.

Some new sideshow bob game play would be great.

I'd LOVE another Sideshow Bob event! :)

If thEAy also gave him to every player at the start it would help those that are having trouble getting him through game play.

Willy9292. I contacted Ea twice and did not achieve anything. Now when I want to chat with them, I no longer have the option to chat with them. I guess the "special" alternative is not highly recommended.
I just want EA to give me Bob (you have to consider that the character is free, you just have to complete missions that do not appear to me).

You'll have to keep trying. You may have to contact them many times before you get someone who will understand and help. Just be polite when you ask but be firm that you really want him and it is not your fault you can't just get him yourself.

I have spoken to EA very politely and with a humble posture. Always emphasize that missions do not appear to me; I even asked them that if it was not possible to give me the character, please put it in the store (it didn't work, no comment about it). But now when I want to chat with them, the chat option does not appear (performing the same contact procedure). I am sad to not be able to get one of my favorite characters.

I will keep trying. I hope to get it.

I've been contacting EA back and forth these last days, and they told me twice that Sideshow Bob was added to my inventory but both times he wasn't there, they even recognized he wasn't added in the first place. I'm going to keep trying.
