:D thought id get in on the action for bob in my 3rd (crawl town) to see what happened. got a call back right away and was told to go to forum :D told him i was a regular and he told me that this is an uncommon issue and until the forum has enough talk about the issue that there is nothing they could do, asked for a tech 2 and was told this is an unusual situation :D i told him that many times this issue has been posted about and this and continues to be a long running issue and that there is currently the topic on page 1 of the forum about this issue. he told me to contact the forum to fix this issue :D anyone got a fix? :D told him i will try another call
