that's hardcoded in the store update and can't be checked unfortunatly. can't be checked till the event starts

no just it appears if available in the store even if dm and ldm are not unlocked

Mexican Duffman is a separate character, not a skin for Duffman, if that helps?

I noticed a few of the characters have new tasks. Mr. Burns has a new 4 hour task which went to Moe's, Lisa has a new 60m task which went to the Brown House and a new 2 hour task that went to Moe's, Homer has a new 4 hour task that went to Jake's Unisex Hair Palace, Ned has a new 2 hour task at the church, Krusty has a new 12 hour task at the Businessman's Social Club, and Skinner has a new 24 hour task at Springfield Elementary.

Edit: It looks like these tasks are with the new buildings and decorations when they are unlocked and built because both of Lisa's tasks went to the Springfield Elite Wrestling and Tofu Bell also Skinner's task went to the University of Heidelberg.

so do you get all 3 or just Mexican duffman if you don't have duffman and lady duff
