I'm getting them. Don't know the probability though.
Edit 1: Actually LP said it was 20% (in one of the threads), but that seems high to me. That would be 1 in 5 fans.
I know. 20% = 20/100 = 2/10 = 1/5. Hence the mathematical expectation is that if you tap 5 fans you'll get 1 tonic; in the long run.
