Good news, though. Even though we can't buy the Ski Chalet any more and I just spent an ungodly amount of donuts upgrading that gingerbread house when I had no warning that the quest chain would be snuffed out, we CAN still upgrade the level of our Hot Squishee Station. So it's not all bad, see?

Me too. I wanted the Marge snowman...woman? I put it off thinking I had the whole event. EA why you do this to me?

I've been saving my materials so I can craft at the end, so no chalet for me
Now I don't know what to do this act - Save? Or craft and risk not having material for something fab in act 3

I just visited my game and realized the act 2 started. I was aware of the end time but i guess it didn't really sink in because i did not check it in time to see if there was anything left i wanted to craft.

But this is not EAs fault, nor am i mad.

During the first act of Winter Event, there was absolutely no indication, that craftables would not be available during the following acts. I am very upset as I hold of crafting couple of things till later, as I did with previous events. Had I known that the items would disappear, I would've crafted them. I feel misled by EA, who deliberately changed this feature without giving their players notification. I know I am not the only one upset by the way EA informs and hope that in christmas spirit they will make this right and put those craftables back in game and for future events provide us with correct info.

Have to say, I'm upset about this too. Based on previous events, the craftables carried over into the next act. Although I'm thankful I got the ski chalet, but I was waiting to get the igloo and clam sign and would've liked to 'stock up' on the festive lamps.

Yes, this is VERY annoying. I wanted to craft one the next week. In past, it was different with the crafting events (new items were added, old one stayed).
