Skinner house, who triggers?

luigi, if hes not avalable store the restaurant

I finished skinner's and luigi's tasks and then nothing happened. I had everyone free. Who triggers the next stage?

So what happens after the skinner n luigi tasks?

Bart and Millhouse are next after Skinner and Luigi finish.

This is an incredibly LONG quest. If I remember correctly from reading the scripts, you're going to eventually need CBG, Wiggum, Lovejoy, Martin, Ralph, Lisa, Nelson, Willie, Edna, Bart, Carl, Millhouse, Skinner, and Agnes.

Skinner has to bird watch for 24 hours
Luigi plays accordion for 12 hours

When "Princepalling Around" is finished.....immediately after they finish it will be Millhouse who will give the quest to build the house .
