This wheel seems to be a lot less annoying which is a good thing

So far, I have raised just over a thousand hearts, had 5 spins and won 5 different items ... including the lowest chance one. Seems reasonably fair to me. In fact, as I am building a Valentine Garden myself (right next to all my Halloween stuff - because that's what I think of Valentine's Day) I am thinking ... how am I going to get all the fences I need without being laden down with gazebos as wel?

The wheel is FAR less rigged then at Christmas.

Do you call a coin rigged because it landed on heads 8 out of the 10 times you flip it?

I had the train + the pond from last year. So far I have all the things on the wheel, but three do not show up as cleared. I think it is because I got them right after the first update which set me back to level 37. I grew roses (which only took 12 hours - sped up that task), went to visit friends to collect hearts and started spinning the wheel. Which, by the way, only needed 30 hearts per spin. I got a lot of stuff quite fast: several fences, baloons, a flower cart, two fountains, three lamp posts. Then the game crashed and when I got back in I still had the items from the wheel, but they were not lit up. The funny thing is that the items I got on the first round of spins are the ones I haven't got from the wheel.
