When I went into my game after seeing this on his site it did a download. Not sure how large a file.

- After a waive of optimism from the last week or two another lackluster (and this time completely useless) Gil sale with no new content will crush my interest. It's possible I won't pick up the game till Halloween, or at least till actual new content hits. Seriously hope something more than a lame deal comes tomorrow, or I'm going to start hate seeing Gil altogether.

No, seriously, I was saving up for Otto, so I'm going to jump on this the second I'm able.

It has been released for some.
I haven't seen yet but not getting it anyways. Need something else to get my interest back.- I will probably end up getting it for my secondary town.

Same here. I almost bought Otto the other day. Can't have a Springfield without Otto! Now I'm glad I waited.
But yeah, I guess it's a non-event for a lot of other folks here.- It's already released. If you already own Otto, then you don't see the update.
- it's frustrating because I want Otto and I don't have him and I am willing to spend donuts yet I don't have Gil's deal.
